RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Shoes must be free from marks, dirt, or signs of outdoor use
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors
- Items that are damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email:
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
We will provide return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size:
- Return your item
- Place a new order
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
BAREFOOT FOOTWEAR DISCLAIMER
Our shoes are designed to promote natural foot movement and may feel different from traditional footwear.
We recommend a gradual transition period. Returns will not be accepted due to discomfort caused by improper adjustment.
